Pesto pasta with tofu

(2) small scoops of Trader Joe’s Dairy-Free Dessert (1 chocolate and 1 strawberry)

Snacks

  • Lenny and Larry’s Complete Chocolate Chip Cookie
  • (1) slice of pumpernickel dark pump bread with vegan butter

Tuesday (5/29)

Breakfast

  • Peanut butter, banana, protein powder, and flax seed smoothie
  • Oatmeal with protein powder, cinnamon, and agave
  • Iced Green tea with agave

Lunch

  • Pesto pasta with tofu
  • Ginger ale

Dinner

  • Iced Green tea with agave
  • Homemade mini pizza (two slices)
  • Arugula salad with cucumber; vinegar and lemon juice dressing

Snacks

Sunflower seeds

Wednesday (5/30)

  • Bowl of gorilla munch cereal with vanilla almond milk

  • Brown rice, black beans, guacamole

Homemade mini pizza

Tortilla chips (broken up taco shell) with homemade guacamole

Thursday (5/31)
