6 Step Tofu Scramble Recipe

Tofu scramble is my favorite vegan breakfast to make. Over time, I’ve experimented with how to make it and I’ve finally perfected my recipe. Tofu scramble is deliciously satisfying and full of protein. Find out how to make it right:

What You’ll Need

  • 1/2 block of extra firm tofu
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Turmeric
  • Salt & pepper
  • Onion seasoning
  • Garlic seasoning
  • Trader Joe’s African Smoke Spice
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Hot sauce
  • Suggestion: Greens (ex: spinach or kale)
  • Add hash browns to complete the meal

How to Make It

  1. Drain tofu
  2. Heat pan on a medium-low setting and drizzle olive oil
  3. Smash and chop garlic cloves finely; add to pan and mix around
  4. If adding spinach and/or kale to tofu scramble cook on pan first
  5. Crumble tofu onto pan and stir in
  6. Add seasonings to taste

That’s it!

(Recipe makes about 4 servings)
